Stand Rates
South African Tourism has carefully reviewed rate increases for Africa’s Travel Indaba. We are pleased to
announce that the Floorspace and Schell Scheme Packages have not increased at all for 2018. All additional
services for the exhibition will have a very minimal increase as per industry norm. There are some exciting
value-add package options and structure discounts available for exhibitors.
Incentives & Discounts
Africa’s Travel Indaba is offering repeat exhibitors a loyalty incentive.
Incentives and discounts apply to floor space costs only and do not apply to packages and services.

- In light of the New VAT Law, from the 1st April VAT will increase to 15%.
- Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
- Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
- Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
- Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs or Lap of Luxury (5 Star Pavilion) Stands
